Thanks. But as I said, just forget it. I have recognized that Adobe is not interested in talking to its subscribers, and has created this "Adobe community" as a wall to protect itself from us.

Ok, I'll try. Now I as usual has a new strage experiance with Adobe -this time with Adobe podcast - Enhanced Voice. I've had 6 files processed, and I've made sure they don't take up more space than I'm allowed. The five files are created without any problems, but the last one just keeps on going. After a little over an hour I had to face the fact that something had gone wrong. So I had to delete it and try again. But then I find out that the time I have to process has been overwritten because it includes the processing that didn't work. So I've run into a serious problem, as I'm supposed to finish the production in a little while, but I have to wait 12 hours before I can do it again. I'm so careful to stay within the time frame that I find it quite unreasonable that it includes files that it wasn't able to process. Can anything be done? In a hurry?

Thank you very much for the demonstration, it has once again made it clear that there is no help to be found at Adobe. There are only words. I had a huge problem created by your lousy systems, and I hear nothing when I reach out for help. The indifference towards your customers is eerie. I have never experienced being in a place where I feel as unwelcome as Adobe. You are the most uncharming company I have ever been a customer of, and as soon as I can persuade my customers not to use your products, I will cancel my subscription. Please note that I will not be using any of your new services either, I have bought the same services elsewhere because you are so damn unsympathetic. Adobe only cares about greed!
