I'm encountering an issue with a text-to-image feature I'm trying to use. When I click on 'text to image', it just shows a blank white screen and nothing appears.

I've already tried some basic troubleshooting steps like refreshing the page (if web-based) or restarting the application, and I've also checked my internet connection, which seems fine. Despite these efforts, the problem persists.
