Basic results can seem sexist/race-based

This happens often enough that I'm going to post my latest example. Prompt: "Create a few icons that represent the concept "delegate." And (besides for them being a terrible "icons") almost all of the ones with people in them are white men in ties.  Here are my five results of the same prompt – counting individually 64 men in ties (with only maybe 3 of them generic enough that they could be considered non-white) and only 3 women.

And sure – I can add further prompts saying specifically that I want to see women or people of color – but why is the DEFAULT to be white men? Adobe – I think you can do better.

Thank-you @Salesforce Zoe

For taking the time to provide the prompt and the results, and a detailed description of what you are looking for in the results.
Started with original prompt got similar results

Sometimes making an adjustment to the prompt resolves the issue. I need to be specific in my request.
The prompt
Create a few multi ethnic icons that represent the concept delegate, on a solid white background
