I propose a way to alter the AI grenerated image in order to keep most of the previous results and alter only what one wants to change within. Perhaps a brush could be used to point to what needs to be altered. An the suggestion prompt could add to the result. I hope this makes some sense.

The best way to do this is take the image from text to image into generative fill.  There you can either select things to remove or select an area and provide a text prompt to transform it.
