Die Toolbox mit den Werkzeugen sollte nicht über dem Foto liegen.
Will man den unteren Bereich des Bildes bearbeiten, arbeitet man blind. 
Es ist eigentlich genug Platz auf dem Rest des Screens.

The tools tray should be moveable.

I've been playing with this.

For now, you can edit in Adobe Express to overcome the tools overlay.

Insert or replace objects with Generative fill (adobe.com)
