I constantly select or drag the artboard whenever I need to select a number of elements on it.
It is frustrating to try to "marquee select" a group of small variations and accidentally drag the background instead.
The only way to do it is to select each item while clicking shift, or click-dragging from outside the artboard.
We need a simple Lock/Unlock toggle for individual artboards on the canvas.
