@DTeamFlaw Adobe is piloting this with Enterprise customers. Not sure this would be made available to the gen public as the risk of abuse violating the terms would be unmanageable for individuals.

Multiple major litigations are coming this year and the industry is on the edge. Here in the USA, there are bills in Congress also being thrown into the mess, European Union, etc.. No one knows what the laws will be or the fallout. All we can do is hold tight to see if our requests can be fulfilled.

@Dave Gustafson hence why Adobe took the approach they did with Firefly's ML source material. They can indeminify enterprise customers because they have a "closed loop" learning model. Can't sue them over scraping the net etc like other models did.
