Request for Providing Advanced Firefly Features to Individual Users

It's a problem that the advanced features of Firefly, especially custom styles, are not available to individual users. This creates an unfair advantage for large companies seeking growth, while limiting the creative potential of individuals. We believe in equal opportunities for creativity, and many talented individuals could create remarkable work if given access to these tools. Therefore, we urge Adobe to reconsider its policies and offer the same creative resources to individuals and corporations alike. This would foster a more equitable creative landscape and benefit the entire community. Thank you.

Not dismissing your request but to give some context - the Gen Studio/API features offered to Enterprise customers are limited to them because

1. They have a separate contractual agreement with liability clauses

2. The Enterprise features are in addition to these contracts and cost a lot more than an individual would be willing to pay.

3. Enterprise customers are under greater scrutiny/audits by Adobe that customers would freak out over.

4. The infrastructure needed to isolate each users learning models would be untennable. Each company pays for an isolated cloud instance to train their specific items to generate custom models.

But the biggest reason would be 5. Offering to individuals would put Adobe in a huge legal risk should someone misuse the features to train on/or produce illegal content.
