Hi @Eric Hong

Thanks so much for reaching out and for trying Firefly.  I’m really sorry that your images are looking blurry; that’s definitely not the experience we want you to have.

The good news is that this is usually not caused by a missing additional membership. Firefly can create sharp images even on standard plans, so you don’t need an additional subscription just to get clear quality.

Blurry results most often come from things like:

  • Viewing only the small preview instead of the full‑size download.

  • Generating in a faster/low‑resolution mode or not using any “upscale” / “enhance details” option where available.

  • Downloading a screenshot of the browser instead of the actual image file.

When you have a moment, could you please share:

  • Which Firefly surface you’re using (Firefly web, Photoshop, Express, etc.)

  • The pixel size of one of the downloaded images (for example: 1792×1024, 2000×2000, etc.)

With that info, the team can check whether you’re hitting a resolution limit, using a fast/preview mode, or running into a bug, and then guide you to the sharpest possible output for your use case

^Sam
