With the rise of Ai apps and how powerful they are I wonder if Adobe can compete ? , Having to pay a Abobe subscription vs a Ai Subscription ... If Adobe ran all these models inside their products for FREE to people who subscribe to Creative Cloud it may keep people from leaving Adobe to persue cheaper options

The problem with doing that is when using AI to create or change images, the action of doing that is a compute expensive action that consumes computing resources Adobe manages.  The two ways to pay for that compute operation is to charge for those resources on a per use basis, or charge everyone equally. What you suggest is the second option. In that model, everyone would have to pay a higher fee in their plans to cover this compute cost. And if the use is not metered, people will likely use more, making the cost even higher.
