please allow Text to image to create my own Avatar (for the text to avatar workflow)

or allow me to upload a picture that can be turned into an avatar

add body movement, head movement, and shoulder shifting to make avatar less stiff

Allow clothing to be changed for the Avatars - from text description, or even a closet of attire choices.

There is a work around for this
Get a sketch image of yourself and put it into Firefly.

Quick Youtube Vid Sketch to Image

You will need either someone to sketch an image of you or use PS or illustrator to create a sketch to image.

Your suggestion is great for helping me seed the image generation in Firefly, and I've done this without issue. But this doesn't solve my task.

 My end goal is a training video for a corporate leadership team. I want a traditional talking-trunk presenter (very much what Synthesia is delivering) avatar. I already know premier pro enough to do all the editing, tranistions, overlays, interactions... but I need the prsenter avatar so that text-to-avatar can take my script and add the lipsyncing (and hopefully one-day some body naturalness). I cannot figure out how to get my own designed avatar into that system.   ... pretend I want a Elrond doing the talk... I can firefly generate the guy a dozen different ways, and I can upload Rivendale as a background... but how do I get Elrond in there to generate the script-based video?

Thanks for sharing the suggestions. You can try (Gemini 2.5) Nano Banana under the model, which may help create an image into an Avatar.
