A question regarding using Adobe Fonts for commercial purpose on A Banner

I had a question regarding how can I use Adobe Fonts to publish it on  A Banner in the Public Domain for commercial reasons.

And what licenses do I need to publish or Print it on the Banner?

Are you mass producing banners with a certain design on them or is it just a one-off project for someone needing a temporary sign. In either case you should be in the clear legally speaking. Banners are not a mechanism for re-selling font software.
