I have activated a font in Adobe Fonts [TBUDRGothic Std ] but it is not syncing to After Effects or Illustrator.
I have tried restarting the machine, and also signing in and out of Adobe apps, but the font still isn't syncing.

Please advise

I think i got to support by clicking the 'help' icon through my account the creative cloud web page. There's an option at the bottom for 'contact adobe' which opens a virtual assistant chat window, and i think entering my issue into that led to a support agent replying.

I am having the same issue with the Proxima Nova font. It won't even give me the option to access Adobe Fonts when I'm in Photoshop - it says Adobe Fonts is off, but I can't find anywhere to turn it on when it seems like it is on.

My issue is resolved now. An Adobe support guy went into my creative cloud app and toggled the Adobe fonts switch off and on, and then updated the sync settings (it was paused, apparently).

How did you get this support? I've been looking for a way to find this all over the place...

Hi,

That's what I did originally. Never worked. Photoshop still claims that Adobe Fonts has been turned off, and I can't find anywhere to turn it on. My fonts also display in the Creative Cloud desktop app, but none of my recently added fonts.
