Active fonts not appearing in my Active Fonts list

I activated two fonts. Neither are showing in my Active Fonts list. I've done all the touble shooting. I go back to the fonts and cannot deactivate in order to reactive. HELP

Hi, yes, I've tried all that. Can someone clear my account or reset it or something so I can active those fonts?
