Adobe Fonts aren't syncing with desktop CC application and other Adobe apps

A few days ago I opened an indeisgn file I've been working on and it informed me I had a lot of missing fonts. The options were to enable the fonts from adobe fonts, which is strange because im signed into adobe creative cloud and when I check adobe fonts, the missing fonts are indeed activated. I am using indesign v16, the latest from Adobe CC, however the issue is present in all Adobe apps. I have searched for an answer and I have tried:

- Waiting 24 Hours

- Logging out of my account everywhere and logging back in

- Uninstalling all Adobe CC apps and Adobe CC, and reinstalling

- Using the previous version of indesign (v15.1.3)

- Making sure evrything is updated in Adobe CC

 

Nothing has worked and im still having this issue. I have attached a screenshot of the missing fonts window after I click 'Replace fonts from adobe fonts'.

 

Any help would be appreciated as I urgently need to continue on this file for university.
