Adobe Fonts Management

Video showcasing issue 

 

1.) There is no "collapse all" feature under font management, so scrolling through many fonts in the creative app is a nightmare. 

2.) When I click on INSTALL (fonts), my font view port keeps jumping around frantically, and I have to re-orientate myself and search, to find the place in the list where I left off.

For your second question,  I'd like to thank you for sharing the screen recording. Did you try signing out and signing back in again to check if that helps? Also, according to the screen recording, there are font issues, as indicated by the red dots. When you hover over them, you'll be able to see the error.
