Hello,

I am having some trouble with the adobe fonts website.

One day, I opened the website to see that it is entirely in I think chinese (I do not recall ever switching the language as I dont know how to do that). I do not speak any of the language, which is why I am having trouble using the site. I tried using google translate, but that only helps partially and translates only a couple things on the page. I tried looking up tutorials on switching the language, but those all require using an adobe fonts app which you are supposed to find in the creativecloud app, but when i try to get it that way, creative cloud just refers me to the website, which is again, in chinese. (Perhaps this might have been caused by somebody at school attempting a prank, people sometimes do stuff like switching keys on keyboards etc, i dont know, all i know is it wasnt me and I dont know how this happened.) I am writing this here because ive tried multiple things and asked multiple people, but nobody knows what to do. Is there a way to switch the language of the website to prefferably English or Czech, as those are the only languages I understand well? I apologise for such a long message, but I figured describing the details of the situation more in depth could make it easier to understand my problem and ideally suggest some help, as well as I apologise for any gramatical errors or poor wording, English is just not my first language. I thank you very very much for any help and wish you an amazing day. 🙂

The problem sounds like it could be a botched web browser setting or even something in the operating system. If English isn't listed as the preferred language in the browser settings then web pages could load different languages.

I don't know if it's possible for a VIP to cause issues like this, but anything that can mask a computer's location could theoretically cause odd problems. If your computer has a VIP running try disabling it to see if the language behavior changes.
