I have selected a few Adobe Fonts to download for use in my Adobe Apps, and those fonts are showing as downloaded in the Creative Cloud Font page - but when I try to check the fonts status by clicking the 'Manage Fonts' button, the next window has this error message: 'There was an error'. If I go onto Creative Cloud and click on the 'Adobe Fonts - your active fonts' button on the right, it again takes me to that same page with the 'There was an error' message.
Does anyone hav any idea what the problem is?
I'm on Mac OS 10.6.8 - Safari 16.6.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

I'm currently seeing a glitch at the Adobe Fonts website when I click on the Manage Fonts button in the drop down menu button to launch the Creative Cloud desktop app. The CC desktop app fails to launch when clicking the option there. I can still launch the CC desktop app directly within my computer and check added or installed Adobe Fonts there.
Is the Fonts section failing to load within the CC desktop app in your computer?

Wondering if there's been an update on this? I am having the exact same problem as @GSWiFiMan. Any attempt to access fonts in the Creative Cloud desktop app returns the unhelpful "There was an error" message.

I'm still seeing the error message issue when clicking on the Open CC Desktop App button when adding fonts. I just bypass it by using the CC Desktop App shortcut on my computer's desktop.
