Hello,

I've been having this problem for a while where I add a font family from adobe fonts but they don't appear in my illustrator. Another issue I have is where I open old files and it asks me to replace the fonts even though I have them added already. Can anyone help?

Is your Adobe Creative Cloud account signed in with both the Creative Cloud desktop app and in Adobe Illustrator?
