I'm trying to us the Haboro Contrast Cond Regular font but it says "Available with CC". I need to download the font and use it with my marketing materials to match my logo. How can I do that without breaking a licensing agreement? I don't want to get into a situation where I have to pay annually. Just be able to use the font wherever or whenever. Is it free or come at a cost? There is no easy way to download the font and understand the obligations.

Fonts that are synced via the Adobe Fonts service are not downloaded to a personal computer in the traditional sense. When fonts are added at the Adobe Fonts web site they are initially visible to only Adobe CC applications. The fonts can be "installed" so they are visible to most other installed apps using the Creative Cloud desktop app. But the installed font files aren't readily visible in any folders in the computer. The files can't be copied, backed-up, used on other computers, etc.
Fonts that are hosted at the Adobe Fonts website are available for anyone with an active CC subscription to use. If you plan on cancelling a CC subscription you'll need to take some steps to protect your artwork. One option is selecting any text objects styled using Adobe Fonts and converting the text objects to curves. The other option is buying a license of the fonts in question. Some fonts (such as those from Google) are available for free at other web sites.
