I have checked the FAQs regarding commercial license terms for Adobe Fonts and I am confused. Are we allowed to create alpha sets using the fonts that we color, or clip papers or patterns to them, and/or
add styles to, and then sell them commercially as png files, whether as part of a scrapbook kit, or as separate alpha kits to coordinate with the scrapbook kits?
For example, in the FAQs section, the first question on this list seems to indicate that we can, but the second seems like we can't:
Q: Can I modify the look of a font and use it for commercial purposes?
A: Yes, you can modify or decorate type that you have converted to outlines. The resulting image may be copyrighted or registered as a trademark, or used in commercial products. You may not make changes to the font software file itself.
Q: Can I use the fonts to make stencils, stickers, jewelry, or anything else that features a single letter or glyph?
A: No. You may not create a product that is individual glyphs from the font files, e.g. an alphabet set of each letter to spell out your own phrase. Creating products from individual glyphs is not allowed in any format.
When I chatted with an agent a few weeks ago, he put me on hold to check, then came back on to tell me that I could since it wouldn't be a single letter or glygph. I asked him to please send me an email with that information and I finally received one yesterday with this message:
We won't be able to send an email from our end regarding the licensing.
Please post this query on the Adobe community forum and you will receive a confirmation from the adobe experts.
Please help! I would really like to use some of the wonderful Adobe Fonts to make png alpha sets to include in scrapbook kits, or in add-on kits of different fonts that are made into varieties of alpha sets that are modified to coordinate with the kits.

Did you ever get an answer on this?

Unfortunately, not yet. I get the feeling that they don't want to give me an answer. I'm very disappointed that I can't get this simple question answered.
