Custom loaded CC fonts are not showing network computers to access

HI All,

I have uploaded/installed my custom fonts to adobe creative cloud to use from Cloud. So that, everyone in my office can use the same fonts. But its not showing on other computers

How to access the fonts uploaded in CC by one user  and to access other users in the same organization.
