Exporting SVGs with adobe fonts has mismatched names in CSS vs typekit's font names.

We use the Proxima Nova and Museo Slab for both print and web, and load both those fonts to our website through typekit. The issue we have is the desktop version and web versions seem to use different names. So when exporting an SVG with live text through Illustrator, the CSS in the SVG file uses a different name than what's provided by typekit. This requires us to open a text editor and fix the font family to match what's on the web before providing it to our developers.

Is there a reason why the exported names differ than what's used on typekit, and can you fix this so the font names when exported match the typekit fonts?
