I have a font used in an old project dating back to 2015. I think it was available on Adobe fonts back in the day. Is there any way to find out whether i had cleared the licensing through Adobe given that it was so long ago?

I don't think that one has ever been available via Adobe Fonts. The type who sells it (Fontfabric) has only one type family on Adobe Fonts, Nexa Rust -and it's just a few styles of that otherwise big family. Are you sure you didn't get Panton from another source?
