Font not updating in Illustrator

Hi there!

The font I have activates on https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/source-han-sans-traditional-chinese is not showing up in my Adobe Illustrator 2023 list.

This is happened a few times in the past and I have even tried to restart Illustrator.

Does anyone know a work around?

Hi!

Difficult to say now, but maybe you can check if any of these make a difference in the preferences (Edit>preferences)

Since it's a Chinese font
Is it a problem only with illustrator? Can you try with say - InDesign or Photoshop?

If it's only with illustrator and my options do nothing, maybe you may want the post to be moved to the Illustrator forum where you may have more useful advice.

If that's the case, let me know and I'll do that for you.
