Font render problems in windows - all major browsers

Hi
I am having font rendering problems of Akzindez Grotesk from Berthold in all major browsers on Windows machines.
The rendering issue has to do with when the typeface is set to all caps and the size of the font is 13px or lower.

I have found some suggestions that it has to do with the @Font-face rule. Has anyone of you had the same issue and solved it?
