I have checked on the Adobe website and clicked "activate",  I get the notice that it was activated. I did this while logged into Creative Cloud.

Not showing up.

I go to Creative Cloud and under Fonts I see that it's activated.

Not showing up.

I log out of CC and log back in.

Not showing up.

I restart the computer.

Not showing up.

I update my operating system.

Not showing up.

I look in my Font Book on my mac, it's not there either.

What am I doing wrong???

I discovered what is happening - after I activated the font, the font name changed. That's why it wasn't showing up in alphabetical order!

After syncing my font to CC Libraries, I can usually see the Fonts in my respective CC Apps such as Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign.

  • In which Creative Cloud desktop app are you attempting to use Adobe Fonts?
  • Which font is it?
