I have a staff member who has activated Cardo and Clarendon Text Pro and no matter what we do, they won't work in MS Word for her. She has deactivated, signed out of Creative Cloud, signed back in, reactivated one at a time, very slowly, but they're just not working in Word. We've tried her logging out overnight and then logging back in the next morning after booting her PC up, but she still can't get them to show in Word. However, she can get Cardo to work in Excel and Publisher - go figure!
We're at our wits' end because what she's seeing onscreen isn't what the document should look like, and it's making the formatting hard as pagination is out due to Word substituting a font (we think it's Arial).
We're using Windows 10, Office 365 and Creative Cloud for fonts.
