Fonts from Adobe Foundry

I was looking for a font, specifically "Penumbra" to match an existing logo.  My first search was, of course, Adobe Fonts.  Unfortunately, it did not show up in my search.  I did some research to determine cost and where I might license it and I discovered that the foundry is Adobe.  My question:  does Adobe not include all of its own fonts in the CC subscription?

As far as I can tell, Adobe only offers a small selection of the fonts that it actually owns. You can purchase licenses for fonts such as Penumbra else-web. This post provides some information on where to buy it.
