Hello, I am hoping to find some help on this issue.
I've tried many of the troubleshooting steps from Adobe help pages.
- reinstalled CC desktop app
- deleted contents of OOBE folder
- logged out, logged in
I am not sure how to check my firewall settings for the specific domains, but I haven't changed anything myself since this started happening. I think it might have been a windows update. (I am on version 1903 now). This has been happening for a week or so.
Possibly related, but I've also been having problems with After effects preferences syncing. Also, whenever I quit CC desktop app, it warns me there're active installs or updates (even though there are none that I am aware of).
Adobe fonts work fine on my second windows machine.
