Hello, I am hoping to find some help on this issue.
I've tried many of the troubleshooting steps from Adobe help pages.
reinstalled CC desktop app
deleted contents of OOBE folder
logged out, logged in
I am not sure how to check my firewall settings for the specific domains, but I haven't changed anything myself since this started happening. I think it might have been a windows update. (I am on version 1903 now). This has been happening for a week or so. Possibly related, but I've also been having problems with After effects preferences syncing. Also, whenever I quit CC desktop app, it warns me there're active installs or updates (even though there are none that I am aware of). Adobe fonts work fine on my second windows machine.
