The pointing hand is one of the standard Unicode symbols. They might be in any font (but usually won't be). There is a special way of entering Unicode characters on your system - depends whether you have Mac or Windows. They aren't on the keyboard. In Windows, Character Map is a useful tool. The three characters in Geller are â˜šâ˜›â˜Ÿ and you can just copy/paste these. Perhaps make a special file for copy/paste of unusual characters.

In elaborate technical detail here are the three characters

Character Name Category Digit Direction Integer Code Point

☚BLACK LEFT POINTING INDEXOTHER SYMBOL  9754U+261A
☛BLACK RIGHT POINTING INDEXOTHER SYMBOL  9755U+261B
☟WHITE DOWN POINTING INDEXOTHER SYMBOL  9759U+261F

Also in addition to @Test Screen Name answer, if you're using any of the Adobe creative app that supports it, you can check all the glyphs within a font by opening the glyph panel

Imaginerie_0-1679571860598.png

you'll aslo see the unicode code for each glyph by hovering over it in the top right section of the panel, next to the "show" option.
When you see the one you want, either double click on it to insert it in your text, or type in the code directly.
