We have a license for a typekit font that we now use on our external website but also want to use on our new intranet. How can my company get access to log in and put up this webproject so I can receive a code to put in this new website?

By the way, you seem to suggest that the fonts on the font server will be fetched by the web server. But web fonts are fetched from every separate web client. These are the ones needing access, the intranet web server does not care. Since this is unlikely to be possible you need your own intranet font server. Be sure you have a large budget for the font licensing, this is not a small detail.

An intranet does not sound possible, as the Adobe fonts will be outside your corporate firewall. An Adobe Fonts license does NOT give you font files to deploy anywhere. Likely you will need to purchase a separate web deployment license (if available).

This intranet will be located at the same distributor as our external website is and with our domain. We use the font on our extedrnal website already. The intranet will be protected with login from our own adfs-server and have a subdomain to our domain. I guess that you can let the traffic for the script through a special port  in the firewall and back again but the ip-address to our new intranet must be allowed to communicate with our font.

This is what I thought (more or less). So you need to obtain the fonts,  put them on an intranet font server, and set up your intranet site to use the font server. (Can be the same server). This is a complex task, the Adobe web site is taking care of many details.
