Hi All.
I have a customer that we provide IT support for, she has a subscriptioon with Adobe Fonts and has asked to have HelveticaNeueLT Std font installed as the font is showing as not available in one of her PDF documents being edited in Adobe Pro DC.
She signed into her account and we've seacrhed for the font in the library but it seems to not be available.
Can anyone advise how to get this font please?

I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Fonts forum.

Please bear in mind that Adobe Fonts only has a few thousand fonts, from over a million fonts in existence...
Also note that LT means it is made by Linotype. All their fonts are available for a fee: free LT fonts are stolen/pirated and could lead to non-compliance in a company. https://www.linotype.com/1266/neue-helvetica-family.html has them for sale. Notes (1) this is a font family containing almost 60 fonts (2) licensing all fonts would cost over $1000 (3) your end user needs to identify the exact fonts and variations needed (4) the bold version of a font is a new font; the italic version of a font is a new font.
