Hi Harrison,
When you activate a font, it is installed on the system but the font files are not visible. Our terms of service do not permit the font files to be copied or moved from where they're activated by the Creative Cloud app.
If you're not able to use the fonts once you activate them, please let me know.
I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help here. Let me know if you have any further questions.
Cheers,
Benjamin

I've read that, despite not being able to access these files, Adobe does permit PDF use of typed text in fonts to be exported for other use.
Is this true, can I type text in these fonts and use them in other programs?

Hi Harrison,
If I'm understanding your question correctly, yes you can. You can create PDFs with Adobe Fonts and any fonts you activate. Does that answer your question?
Let me know and we'll take it from there.
Cheers,
Benjamin

Yes, I am making a game in unity. I would like to create a couple of logos
and signposts in the like around my game using Adobe fonts. If I cannot
import the font file into Unity, then I would like to type the text I want
out in the Adobe font in Photoshop or something, then import that image
into Unity
