how to download a font to use it in micorsoft office

I would like to know how to download an adobe font into my mac to use it in Microsoft office.

You can activate the fonts on your computer, then use them in your local copy of Office. You can't, however, use them in the web-based Office 365. Font cannot be shared with a friend in any circumstances, if that was your question.
