Naturally the fonts in Adobe Fonts are limited. They offer a few thousand, but there are MILLIONS of fonts. If you want others you may have to buy a license, or in some cases fonts are not available to you. Gotham was made by Hoefler&Co, and you can license it from here: https://www.typography.com/fonts/gotham/styles. You need to know that the Gotham family is large, with 66 styles. All 66 cost around $1000 for a single computer license, reduced from $1472.
This is a premium font, but many designers don't want to pay the premium. Note that sites claiming to offer it for free have stolen it, and you presumably don't want illegal fonts.
