I lost my fonts in the cloud

Hi,

 

So I changed my password for Adobe Creative Cloud and had to log in again but after coming back into a documeent that was open during the process, I dont know where all of my fonts that I downloaded from the cloud are located. At this very moment, I cant find any that I've previously been using. Any help is greatl appreciated.
