iOS fonts bug

Whenever I go into the "Fonts" tab in Creative Cloud on my iPhone, it says that 12 fonts were previously installed. When I go to redownload any of them, it just comes back saying "we couldn't install this font".

the issue here is that I believe all 12 previously installed fonts never got uninstalled, but according to creative cloud, they appear to be uninstalled...? I'm confused why this keeps happening. Should I go back and try to delete fonts from the system? Thanks.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
