Issues with Creative Cloud Desktop fonts installed in Illustrator

Community Beginner ,

Willys, here from Brazil speaking. Generally I like to always install the full Creative Cloud Desktop font families for Illustrator. Some fonts from various families suddenly in the Creative Cloud Desktop window started to have conflicting problems (I have no idea what this conflict is) and cannot be reinstalled. I highlighted an example with a magenta outline in the image. Does anyone know how I can solve this problem? I look forward to your help, thank you.

If the fonts conflict is taking place inside the Creative Cloud Desktop App I would suggest signing out of Creative Cloud, then re-booting the computer and then signing back into the account. Doing that might force the CC Desktop app to properly refresh the fonts list.

If those steps don't fix the problem it might be necessary to delete the font cache file and force Creative Cloud to rebuild it.

Some third party font management apps can cause problems with fonts in Adobe applications.
