Need to determine owner account of a font's web project

My company's corporate site is using a Typekit embed code to serve a font from Typekit. THe site was developed years ago by an outside vendor and anyone associated with teh project on our end is no longer with the company as far as I know, We are going through a redesign and need to not only serve the same font but also add a new font to the mix. Our new developer partner is asking for the font hosting information. Can you help me determine the hosting account information if I provide the embed code in a PM? Thank you!

I wish I could. The only piece of information that we have is the Type kit embed code And the knowledge that it is still an active web project/account because the font is still being served.
