What kinds of artwork elements are you giving to your client? If the artwork is just a logo and set of brand identity guidelines you can convert any live text objects in the logo to outlines. The client would not need the fonts if the lettering is just raw vector shapes.
If the client does need font files for other elements in a document template, such as headlines and blocks of paragraph text they would need to get the fonts either by getting a Creative Cloud subscription or buying the font files from the type company that made the fonts.
Commercially sold font files aren't supposed to be copied and given to other people unless the license allows it.
Get ready! An upgraded Adobe Community experience is coming in January.
