When searching by image the image is scanned then the window fills with white. I also cannot view font familes/styles I get the same result - the screen fills with white.
Hi @waded95984674, it's hard to tell exactly what your question is. First, tell us your platform (Windows or MacOS) and what Adobe software you are using with the search. If you can post screenshots of the issue, that will help, too.
