Synch Fonts (not from typekit or google) across devices with the rest of my team.

Hello, 

The subject says it all! Is there a way to synch fonts across devices with the rest of my team with the Adobe creative cloud? Like other fonts manager such as Right Font 5?

I tried to upload some licensed fonts from my computer to the cloud but they won't show up in the Active font panel. And there is no apparent way to share with other accounts of the same team. 

Is this normal?

We tried Suitcase fusion but adobe font are not activated with an other device...
