Unable to activate any fonts

Hello, I have just subscribed to creative cloud and am unable to activate any fonts.  For every font that I choose, it only says "available with cc".  I am also currently signed in.

Go to fonts.adobe.com. Check if you can access the fonts from there. You need to be signed in. If not, get a screen copy and post here.
