uncompatable interface with 1920 x 180 resolution lap top

I have a high resolution (1920 x 1080) and the text in PS's menue bar are too small to be useful.  Is there a fix for the impossible to read menu bar?

Try this: Go to Edit > Preferences > Interface and, under Presentation, set the UI Font Size, UI Scaling and enable the Scale UI To Font option.
