We're currently encountering a perplexing issue that's affecting the exported designs from our services website when used in Adobe software. In recent days, we've noticed that designs exported from our services website aren't rendering as intended when opened in Adobe software. Users have reported color discrepancies, distortion of elements, and unexpected artifacts. Despite our extensive testing, we haven't been able to reproduce the issue consistently, making it difficult to identify the root cause. We understand how crucial it is for our users to seamlessly incorporate our designs into Adobe software for further creative work. The current rendering glitches are hampering their ability to use our resources effectively and impacting their creative process.

Hi @fsauda318178385348 ,

We are sorry for the difficulties. Could you please help us know an example that has a perplexing issue? Also, how did you try creating the design, and what Adobe application are you trying to export those and encountering the problem? Any screenshot of the error you see while you export. Is it happening with one particular design or with all the designs you create.

We are here to help you, it's just we need more information to investigate.

Thanks,

Neelam
