I need to understand what Adobe licence I need to use adobe fonts with Qwilr, please?

Seems very unlikely this would be possible. It needs TTF fonts, and you cannot get TTF fonts for the fonts in your subscription. (Partly because this would cost maybe $50,000 for the font licenses). You would have to choose your fonts and license them in TTF format from the font maker or reseller. Note that almost all fonts sold today are in the newer OTF format instead - this may radically limit your choice of fonts. Note too that some fonts in Adobe Fonts cannot be licensed in this way.
