I recently purchased Font Folio 11.1 as I'd like to have a fully localized library of OpenType fonts available on my machine.
Adobe suggests the software will be available for download in the Orders & Invoices section of my online Adobe Account. While the Font Folio order is listed, and the invoice number is there, the download link does not exist. I have an order number, serial number, invoice, and everything... yet no ability to download the $3k software just purchased.
I've spoken with three Adobe representatives and not one of them knew what Font Folio was. Not a great sign, tbh.
Perhaps I'm dating myelf with wanting a clean library of fonts stored locally on my machine, but I find this to be a great way to keep things orderly, tagged, and searchable within my workflow. Sure, searching and activating fonts one-by-one is possible via Creative Cloud but this method is slower and less organized than I'd like it to be. And quite frankly, CC is bloated.
Does anyone know how to download Font Folio 11.1? There are multiple other posts relating to this but they are all several years old. Hoping to freshin' up this topic.

Update:
I'm now waiting on my fifth Adobe representative. Still, nobody I've spoken with knows what Font Folio is.
Today I was supposed to receive a call from the Font Folio team, but the call came in and it was just another general phone bank support rep with as little information as the last ones I've spoken with. Turns out, there is no actual Font Folio team available via phone, which I confirmed with the rep.
Adobe has taken my $3,143.25, but failed to give me the product they were selling in return. I'm not sure what the difficulty is, but this is getting into fraud territory.

Hi @Charpnutz
Here is the link for Font Folio — if people don't know what it is, give them this link and ask for second tier support.
https://www.adobe.com/products/fontfolio.html
You might try the phone number listed there: 800-585-0774
I also found this thread:
Dov Issacs is retired, but he does say to contact Customer Support and not Technical Support. I'm not sure who you contacted.
To contact Adobe Customer Care:
https://community.adobe.com/t5/creative-cloud-services/how-to-contact-adobe-support/td-p/11875703 (type "agent"
or send a tweet to @AdobeCare for support.
When you call and / or contact Customer Care, get a case number and keep a copy of the chat and any other detailed notes. Please report back and I'll try to take it up in the Back Room if you are unsuccessful again.
One more thing: this is Thanksgiving week and possibly many employees were on vacation this week. This is just a guess.

Yes, I've talked about the Font Folio marketing page and shared the link on every call so far.
I've called the number on the actual site, as you suggested, and even they didn't know what it was.
I have indeed talked to Customer Care, not technical support, and have a case number: ADB-22155497-N4Q4.
Thanks for the suggestions.

FontFolio is part of TypeKit (aka Adobe Fonts). Reach out to an Adobe employee on Twitter.
Or go to Adobe Fonts community.

Font Folio is a one-time purchase product.
Adobe Fonts is part of Creative Cloud, so it's subscription-based.
I know Adobe wants to lock people into a subscription, but purchasing 5 seats to a library allows me to maintain a local repository of fonts that are instantly accessible. This has a lot of value for some people—which is why Font Folio exists (or perhaps existed).

My point is this: Adobe is a huge company with many different divisions, each operating in separate physical locations from the rest. Although Adobe Fonts is part of Creative Cloud's umbrella, the fonts division is totally separate. Nobody is telling you to subscribe. OK?
Give a call out to Typekit on Twitter regarding your FontFolio purchase. Hopefully someone there can help you.
Due to the Thanksgiving Holiday, you might not get feedback until Monday or Tuesday when staff returns to work.

I understand Adobe is a large company; thanks for clarifying. I don't see how physical locations have anything to do with this. I don't see how the fonts division being separate has anything to do with this thread either. I didn't specifically contact any division on purpose. I just called the number listed on the Font Folio webpage, I contacted Adobe Customer Care, and I reached out on the forums. Apologies if I contacted the wrong people.

I am a subscribed Adobe customer and have been purchasing Adobe software since 1987. It certainly does feel like Adobe drives the conversation toward subscriptions because the only advice I've been given by three customer support representatives is to activate Adobe Fonts via Creative Cloud.
Give a call out to Typekit on Twitter regarding your FontFolio purchase. Hopefully someone there can help you.
Again, apologies for calling the number on the Folio Folio webpage. I'll try Twitter.
Thanks.

Adobe Customer Care has limited scope, sadly. They mainly deal with Creative Cloud subscription and activation issues.
We are just product users like you. 😉
