Why am I getting this Fonts deactivated message?

[Moderator moved from Creative Cloud Services to Adobe Fonts.]

I am downloading new fonts through the adobe's site, but then I'm adding in a new family of fonts I keep getting this message, that fonts have been deactived. As far as I can tell, nothing is being deactived, but I may be simply wrong about this. Why am I getting this notificiation?

When you don't use them for a prolonged period of time, fonts become deactivated. 

Log-in to your Adobe My Fonts panel to re-activate them.
