Adobe Font - Sync problems

Hi, 
I've been having problems with Adobe Font for a while now.
I keep this one font family active at all times, but every time I close my computer, only one font's weight is unavailable. Like, the Medium doesn't sync and is not working. 

Does anyone have the same issue?
Any solution?
